After the Collapse, Seattle chose not to raze its ruins. Pillars in old "Lower Seattle" hold up the platform on which Upper Seattle rests.

A massive elevator (called the Inclinator) connects Upper and Lower Seattle.

Seattle's WTO charter was ratified one year ago, to the dismay of many Lower Seattle citizens.  Upper Seattle has since prospered.

Seattle is home to world-class facilities like the Mako Ballistics Weapons Lab and the Tarsus Academies Intermediate Training Center.

Mako Ballistics is the premiere manufacturer of firearms, from small conventional pistols to cutting edge high-tech weaponry.

Donna Morgan worked her way up from WTO street patrols to Security Chief. She has headed up WTO security worldwide for three years.

High Augur Lin May Chen serves at Her Holiness' right-hand, as her supreme adviser.


// ORGANIZATION - Tarsus 

Tarsus Academies runs elite schools and training facilities worldwide, providing the world with tomorrow's leaders.

Tarsus Academies promises the best education and training, as well as placement with a sponsoring corporation in their covert operations.


// ORGANIZATION - WTO 

The WTO provides technology to post-Collapse city-states that agree to submit to a certain level of surveillance and live under WTO laws.


// ORGANIZATION - Order 

The Order is led by Her Holiness, with Augurs like Lin May Chen (who is especially close to Her Holiness) next in the hierarchy.

Her Holiness is the Order's global leader but the organization is comprised of local entities, called shards, each headed by a Luminon.

The Order was founded shortly after the Collapse, attracting many of those who lost family and faith in the catastrophe.

No one has seen Her Holiness' face, not even the Order's next highest ranking official, High Augur Lin May Chen.
