Use medkits often to keep your health high. This will help you survive combat and keep you prepared for unexpected conflicts.

To use a medkit, press [ToggleInventoryMenu] to open your inventory

Select the medkit by highlighting it with [Arrows] and then pressing [MenuSelect].

Press [MenuSelect] again to use the medkit.
