Sergeant, a Skandian convoy is bringing voting materials into your area.  You need to patrol the street west of building 2 and 11 and keep it free of any Kazarian hostiles until the convoy arrives in your area.  The convoy is escorted by a squad from Charlie Company, radio designation Blue Two-Three.  

Keep your squad in the patrol area to provide security for that convoy. 1st and 2d squads will move to the embassy and rendezvous with the Skands once the convoy arrives. I’ll send further instructions once you’ve completed your objective.
