It’s race 14, and we arrive at the popular Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois, near the Windy City of Chicago.
This high-banked, one-point-five mile ‘D’ shaped tri-oval always makes for fast, high-speed action,
with the cars running the low-downforce speedway wing configuration.
This track holds the record for the closest finish ever in IndyCar™ Series racing,
with Sam Hornish Jr. prevailing over Al Unser Jr. by 24-ten thousandths of a second back in 2002. 
The wide groove at Chicagoland allows plenty of side-by-side racing,
with the straightaways favoring a higher position on the track, and the corners favouring a lower one.
Some parts of the track even allow for cars to race three-wide, but if you get into this situation, make sure you are aware of what the cars around you are doing!
