The format of this file:

"CGxRy z" is the important stuff
"must complete level x within this time to earn reward y of challenge group z" is a comment and will not affect the program.

"CGxRy z" means z seconds is associated with reward y of challenge x.
The value of z must be on the same line as CGxRy.
CGxRy must contain no spaces, and the CG and R must be uppercase.
This can be z seconds to win the level, or avoid using a gizmo for z seconds.
z must be an integer, anything after a decimal point will be ignored.
Anything else in this file is ignored, so you can add comments freely except:
*Important* don't add the text CGxRy where x and y are numbers, unless it is followed
by the time associated with that challenge group and reward. Doing so will break
the parser.

This file must be less than 16K in size.
