It's a sprawling complex, right in the heart of the city, hidden by Glyphs.  Orland has the Compound on alert, so they'll be armed and ready for intruders... ME that is. So much for working together. \n<p>\nI know I didn't kill Caduca, but someone did, and my money's on Orland. He fixed the trial and sent the assassins after me, and the fallen clocktower points right to his office... "Brethren and Betrayer" suddenly makes sense.  But suspicions aren't enough, so tonight I'll do some snooping.  And if a little Keeper wealth ends up in my pockets... all the better.\n<p>\nOrland's place is on the top floor – no surprise, he's always liked looking down on people.  Artemus has a room near the dormitories; I should search there, too. And I'd better check the scene of Caduca's murder.  One last thing - the Keeper Council meets tonight. If I can stay awake, I might learn something.\n  \n\n\n\n"

C'est un complexe tentaculaire, en plein coeur de la ville, dissimulé par des Glyphes.\nOrland a mis l'Enceinte en état d'alerte, le comité d'accueil devrait donc être armé et paré à recevoir les intrus... tels que moi. C'est si bon, de travailler en équipe...\n<p>\nJe n'ai pas tué, Caduca, mais quelqu'un d'autre s'en est chargé et je mettrais ma main à couper que\nc'est Orland. Il a truqué le procès avant d'envoyer ses assassins à ma poursuite et le clocher effondré pointe droit vers son bureau... "Frère et Traître", je comprends mieux ces mots. Mais je ne m'arrêterai pas à un pressentiment et compte bien mener l'enquête ce soir. Et si je peux me remplir les poches au passage, c'est parfait. \n<p>\nLes appartements d'Orland sont au dernier étage. Pas étonnant, pour quelqu'un qui aime prendre les\ngens de haut. Artemus a une chambre près des dortoirs et je ferais bien d'y jeter un coup d'oeil.\nJe dois également inspecter le lieu où Caduca a été assassinée. Une dernière chose : le Conseil des \nGardiens tient sa réunion ce soir. Si je parviens à les écouter sans m'endormir, je pourrais peut-être\napprendre quelque chose d'intéressant."

Seit meinem Prozess war ich nicht mehr im Kloster der Hüter, einem lang gezogenen Gebäudekomplex im Herzen der Stadt. Für Außenstehende ist die Anlage dank einiger Glyphen nicht zu sehen. Orland hat seine Brüder in Alarmbereitschaft versetzt. Sie sind also bewaffnet und warten ... auf MICH! So viel zum Thema 'Zusammenarbeit'. \n<p>\nIch weiß, dass *ich* Caduca nicht getötet habe, aber wer war es dann? Vermutlich Orland selbst. Er hat mich verurteilt und mir die Vollstrecker auf den Hals gehetzt. Und der eingestürzte Glockenturm zeigt genau auf sein Büro. Plötzlich ergibt 'Bruder und Verräter' einen Sinn. Aber Verdächtigungen reichen nicht. Ich werde mich also heute Nacht ein bisschen bei meinen 'Brüdern' umsehen. Und wenn ich dabei ein paar Hüter um ihr Erspartes bringen kann ... umso besser.\n<p>\nOrland wohnt im obersten Stock. Kein Wunder. Schließlich hat er schon immer gern auf seine Mitmenschen herabgesehen. Artemus' Zimmer ist in der Nähe der Schlafstuben. Dort sollte ich auch suchen ... und natürlich am Ort von Caducas Ermordung. Ach ja, heute Nacht tritt der Rat der Hüter zusammen. Vielleicht erfahre ich dort etwas."

Non ho più messo piede nel complesso dei custodi dai tempi della mia prova. Si tratta di una struttura enorme posta nel centro della città, nascosta dai glifi. Orland ha messo in allerta il complesso, dunque le guardie saranno armate e pronte e ricevere eventuali intrusi... cioè ME.\n<p>\nSo di non aver ucciso io Caduca, ma qualcuno deve averlo fatto e scommetto che il colpevole sia Orland. Egli ha truccato la prova e ha mandato gli assassini per uccidermi, e dopo la caduta, la torre dell'orologio sembra puntare dritto a lui... all'improvviso l'espressione "fratello e traditore" comincia ad avere un senso. Ma i sospetti non bastano, per cui stanotte andrò a dare un'occhiata di persona, e se dovessi riuscire a rubare qualche moneta ai custodi... beh, tanto meglio.\n<p>\nOrland si trova all'ultimo piano... non c'è da stupirsi, d'altronde a lui è sempre piaciuto guardare le persone dall'alto in basso. La stanza di Artemus è vicina ai dormitori: dovrei fargli una visitina. Farei bene a controllare anche il luogo dov'è stata uccisa Caduca. Un'ultima cosa... il consiglio dei custodi si riunisce stanotte... se starò attento, potrei riuscire a scoprire qualcosa di interessante."
